Reserve food before your flight.

Main Cabin Pre-Order is available on most Boeing and Airbus aircraft; you’ll know if it’s available for your flight if you see the "Food menu" option appear in your flight details within the app. Reserve food before flying - pick a meal, or make sure you get that Signature Fruit and Cheese platter you love.

To get started, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Alaska Airlines mobile app.

Here's how Main Cabin Pre-Order works

Main Cabin food options can be reserved from 12 hours to two weeks prior to your flight.

  1. Within the app, head to the Trips section and then select your upcoming flight.
  2. Once you're looking at the full details for your upcoming flight, scroll down and click "Food menu".
  3. Next, you'll see a menu of the food that will be available for purchase on your particular flight.
  4. Choose the food you'd like, then click the arrow to confirm your choice.
  5. Presto! Your food is pre-ordered. The flight attendant will deliver it to your seat during food and drink service, and you'll pay for your food then.

Note: if you change flights, your meal choice will not transfer to the new flight. You???ll need to make a new choice within that new reservation. Changing seats on your current flight is fine; check with the flight attendants if your meal doesn???t arrive at your new seat.
